Lost track but back now

This weekend I went back to my hometown, to catch some movies with my family.. I planned to jog on Saturday morning like usual, but I woke up at 10am bcuz I got home 3am, n here in my area 10am is really bright n burning.. so I cudnt go out n jog.. at 12 I went out wit my family and watched The Mummy and after that I went out wit my bf..
And I got back home at 10pm n went straight to bed.. emoticon
On Sunday morning, I have a bus to catch to go back to my hostel at 12pm, n tat morning I ate a lot,I counted the calories today and it was 2400! Wow.. emoticon
So this weekend I really got off the track.. but its ok..tats wat I tell myself.. im back now..back n burning those fat..
Let bygone be bygone, emoticon let yesterday be yesterday, n today I will jog n reach other goal of mine!
IM DONE emoticon

When I saw all those weight-loss emoticon
successful stories, the tips from those succeeded persons are always the same.. they all emphasized on being determined, discipline and consistent.

I have to agree cuz I faced the same phase, I got thin by losing 23kg (or 51 lbs) 3 years ago but when I got too comfortable n flattered by my physical look, I lost track.. I forgot to watch my eating habits n my exercise routine.. n kept using my busy life as student as excuses to exercise..

So as a result, I got fat.. I gained 5kgs (11 lbs), so now I realized I have to be disciplined and consistent.. emoticon
No one can make me do anything or change anything but myself.. its all about me, n the result is also for me.. emoticon
Self-detemination… I should always stay focused and motivated..
N I promise to myself I will do this! emoticon

getting back on track

Beginning this 15th july 2008 i start my practical training at ths government institute, so i have to follow office hours.. i cant jog in the morning in weekdays, so i change the time, at nite, an hour after dinner, around 8.30 n i only jog for 30mins, unlike before i used to jog for an hour..i usually feel really tired after coming back from work, cuz its abt 9 miles from my collegue..(im staying in my hostel)..n i dun drive,i ride a scooter,tat means more exhausting..n i cant run in the evening,only nite n only for 30mins.. i do this almost everyday when its not raining..so i hope i still get good result.. emoticon

The parts of my body tat seems really stubborn are my arms n thighs.. they r so flabby n there have been only little changes in them since i was fat.. they tend to resist from getting smaller n toned..n sumtime im feeling like giving up.. but i just cant stand to look at them in the mirror.. emoticon my waist n hips r smaller compare to when i was 83kg.. they lost inches.. but those thighs..n those arms..owwh...im still trying my best to get them toned.. emoticon
