After taking several weeks off, I am now ready to get back on track. Problem is I am not motivated at all. So I have decided to do at least one healthy thing today. Then tomorrow I will do 2 healthy things, and keep adding until the week ends. These things may seem small to some of you but right now I am not doing anything healthy, so anything would be an improvement. My choices are drinking a glass of water (I haven't had one full glass of water in a while), eating a serving of vegetables, or exercising 10 minutes a day.
I was doing so good a month ago and I really want to again!
First my phone died and I wasn't able to track my calories on my fitness pal. Then I got a cold and just haven't been eating very well. I'm ready to get back on track. I bought a new phone today and plan on starting to track my foods again tomorrow. Sometimes the smallest things can get you off track. I know I'm only human and I'm not beating myself up about it. But I do know how important it is to get back on track right away. Glad I have my husband and Spark to support me!
Haven't done it in over a week. Yikes! Just not into it this year. On the other hand I have been eating great and drinking lots water. I've lost 8 lbs so far. I hope I can keep on losing considering I'm not working out. I hope I get the desire to exercise soon. I feel great, but when I think about working out my brain says "No thanks" Lol
The first week went by smoothly. I managed to stay within my calories everyday, drank 8 glasses of water everyday, and worked out for at least 10 minutes 6 out of the last 8 days. I didn't have any doubt the first week would go well. I hit the ground running this week. It's the next week that will prove to be the challenge. I hope my motivation and determination stays strong.
