20 pounds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

emoticon , I did it ! I have lost over 20 pounds !!!!!!!!!!
I feel so good, I still have a long way to go, but I could not be happier emoticon
I went shopping on the weekend to get some new clothes for my vaca to Cuba and I
actually had a feel good moment in the dressing room, its been a very long time since I
have smiled in the changeroom, 20 pounds has made such a difference, I can`t wait to
see what 40 will be like !
My new motto........ Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels !

Another week and another pound and a bit off this week emoticon

1.4 more till I hit 20 !!!!!!

I am really pleased with how motivated I am staying.

I surprise myself daily with the good choices I am making.

It feels right this time, I couldn`t be more happy emoticon

I really feel like it is working because I have made a lifestyle change instead

of dieting.

Frustrated

So for the 3rd week in a row I have stayed the same emoticon
I am happy that I am not gaining, but I would really like to see some movement in the scale.
I go to the gym 6 days a week, and eat really well. I have completely changed my lifestyle.
It is just so frustrating emoticon !
Last time I lost a bunch of weight I was doing the tread mill everyday and eating properly,
the scale was steadily going down, this time I am still using the treadmill but I also do weights.
Everyone says muscle weighs more than fat and it will take some time to see numbers on the scale. Blah blah blah !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get it but when you work so hard for something it would really be nice to see some results. I have lost some inches although which is good.
Ok there is my rant for today.

Breakfast Ideas ????

Any one have good breakfast ideas ?
I have not found a shake I really like that keeps me filled.
I don't like processed foods and I don't have a lot of time in the mornings.
I do like peanut butter, but I would really like to cut out bread in the morning.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated !

    I switch off with Special K Flatbread sandwiches, Special K Protein cereal, and Van's Power Protein Waffles. All three are filling and supply at least 9 grams of protein per serving. Sometimes when I have extra time I will make an extra large omelet and cut it into 4 servings. It is quick to pop in the microwave. Rolled turkey lunch meat works too. I always have fruit with them too.

  I don't like to eat heavy things for breakfast so I found that a 1/2 cup of greek unsweetened yogurt with some stevia so that it is sweet (no calories, natural sweetener) is really good with some fruit. Maybe some nuts? A solid form of Protein will help you to fill fuller if the shakes are not doing it for ya. Hope this helps or is something that you might try!! Let me know how it goes:) Good luck!
