Okay, so I have been struggling with my weight for years. I'm short, under 5'2", and over 200 pounds. I've been exercising off an on, dieting off an on, etc., and tracking progress since 2007. I'm down maybe 7 pounds since the beginning. I'm a big believer in weighing daily -- even when I wasn't losing, that was my reminder. Here's a snapshot of my past three years, the days that I tracked my weight. Some of you may find this depressing, I find it encouraging. I've gone on vacations, had holidays, had birthdays, and I'm still about 7 pounds less. 206 has been my nemesis -- as you can see on the chart, I've not broken that number in three years, and if truth be told, haven't broken it since before I had my first child, Luke, in 2001. But we're going on a cruise in April, and I'm going to break it before then. Just watch me!!!!
