It is December. A year of another year older but in better shape. Glad you enjoyed yesterday blog. I found it and couldn't resist adding it on here. Tara, I think I could actually be able to put foot in mouth now since lossing.
December is a challenge but I know we can all do it. I will do some baking for the family but find that the sweets are not bothering me as much this year. Course not being able to eat chocolate has helped alot. I see it and am tempted but know I would be sick afterwards so it stops me cold in my tracks. On Tuesday I will go in for a gastroscopy in which they will take samples to check over to be sure that my esophagus is still clear of cancer. I don't like the idea of doing this, but it is to be safe. Better then having to have surgery on it. So hoping for the best. I am not too worried for I have watched things very close on eating and haven't had any episodes of acid in the throat and throwing up. Feel better saying this out loud to someone, so thanks for listening.
Its december, time to "lighten up" both healthy wise and mind wise. I haven't even done any Christmas shopping yet. Course we have decide not to buy alot this year. Grandkids are all getting so big it is hard to find things for them. Looks like money and a few little things. We adults just like to get together so don't worry about gifts, we are the gift to each other. We are [planning to go out to our daughters for 3 days (11,12,13) for the kids both have concerts for their bands. So far the weather is still good so we can do it.
I was headed uptown on Thursday night, came to a stop sign by some apartments and glad I had to stop for here came three deer walking down the street and turned in front of me. What a shock, right in town. They say they are out looking for water for everything is so dried up around here. I don't really like snow that much, but boy do we need it bad to get some moisture in the ground.
Have a holly jolly Christmas!! Make the month a productive one but remember the reason for the season and put Christ in it also.
