Well this morning I went to my "Fit Moms for life" class which is like a 20/20/20 class 20 mins of strength 20 mins of cardio and 20 mins of abs. It was a awesome work out and the class is free. The instructor found the workout info on line though DustinMaherFittness.com and made her own workout....Dustin has come to her house and made her a fitness coach.
After the fit moms class I then did a 45 min kettlebell class...I should be good now for the day and tomorrow will be a rest day for me.
I also need to start training for a 5K that the other instructor in putting together the end of March...Looks like I need to get going on that one.

Well the day is half done and I got my house cleaned and my laundry done....It took my computer almost ALL day do download my norton virus...wow how frustrating that was. Now my hubby is getting our snowmobiles ready...time to hit the trails!!! YEAH.
I'll see how sore i'll be tomorrow!!!

Didn't workout today had a touch of the flu...hopefully tomorrow i'll feel better.
I think going to work today was a workout enough.

    I just read yesterday on Spark that you shouldn't exercise when you have the flu anyway (as well as upper respiratory infections), so it sounds like you did the right thing. Get better!

super bowl or no super bowl???

Really wish the super bowl was on a little earlier...so I don't think i'm going to watch to much of it tonight.
Today is my last day of vacation so I think I will need to go to bed a little early tonight, so I get up tomorrow.
Hate the fact that I have to go back...I had such a great time off taking care of my grandbaby...but I do miss all my babies at the daycare.
