10/4/13 I'm back to working out on a daily basis and logging all my food. Have been doing really good these last three week. Down 5 lbs all ready. Different mind set this time. I have to work out to keep severe nerve pain away. Weight needs to go to, I am sick and tired of being fat. Im done

6/12/13 Yesterday was horrific! Seems like I ate everything in site and them some.. did not exercise, will not technically, felt very bad. Today, the stress is pilling up at work.. started to make excuses as to why I can not exercise at lunch.. grrrr... and I have to get ready for vacation! Brother, when is there time for me?

Day six and seven. . . The weekend!

So I did not do too bad on Sat and Sun. . . Spent the whole day at the lake swimming on Sat. It was a lot of fun. Managed to watch what I ate. Worked my buns off swimming and chasing my little guy. Subways all about chores and getting ready for vacation. Managed to keep in mind all of the stuff I can not eat! I think I did a good job! Here comes Monday!

Day five

6/7/13 Well it is day five.. I am down another 1.5 lbs.. it was much easier last night not to snack, but really hard to eat dinner. I did not feel like eating. I actually did not feel like doing anything. Hoping my energy is better today. Yesterday was stressful and sad for me. I know today will be a better day. Going to do my workout at lunch. Im going to enjoy that.

Day four

6/6/13 Managed to loose 2 lbs since Monday! Im super excited! Had a good workout at lunch yesterday and then bowled last night for three hours! Im so excited. Have been able to stick to my eating plan, say no to the snacking and overall am feeling very good about myself. I miss my coffee... so yesterday I used one of my decafe pods and had a nice cup here at my desk. So far things are looking good. Looking at the coming weekend and how I can plan out my meals and stay on track. Weekends are very hard for me.. my hubby and the kids eat whatever they want.. Lake on Saturday... going to be a whopping 111 degrees here in Sacramento area.. gotta stay cool!

    Woohoo!!! I would be excited about that too! I also think bowling is tons of fun...although I haven't been in years. Better put that on my to-do list!
