So, I want to keep my streak of fitness up, but I know I need a rest day. I've done 20 mins of pilates-does this count as cardio? It's a fitness activity right?

To get to the next level on Sparkpeople before New Years. I have to get less than 3,000 points in 25 days. That's do able right? If I just round up the amount to 3,300 for the sake of it, that's about 120 spark points a day. I should totally be able to do this!

I've registered to volunteer with the Samaritans. I don't know what I'm expecting, but it would be nice to give back to the community. I think people just need to be listened to. And I'm good at that.

Signed up for the Spartan Sprint in August. I mean, why not?

You will love the Spartan Race....it is a blast....prepare to get dirty and sweaty though....that's if it is like the one in Canada which involved crawling under wire, through mud, scaling a wall....etc. Report Inappropriate Comment
