Stage Two

I am starting stage two and I have to track food and get that exercise in every day, I also modify my goal to lose 26 lbs before tthe end of the year. I have more than one hundred to lose and having all there, sometimes was to much for me. I have lost about 15 when I started Sparkpeople and another 5lbs. I had to also modify my weighing myself because I am getting overwhelmed. I am going to do this!!!!

I am feeling anxious this morning about going out. I got to get on top of this anxiety and not get in a runt about staying in the house.

  Start with something small like just going out in your yard if you are feeling anxious about leaving the house . I deal with anxiety of my own ,and I know how tough it can be . Best wishes to you !

I have not being anything social, since I have been off work for theast 90 days! This morning I am going to church and a luncheon and I am anxious. I can not let this become an everyday occurance.

I want to be successful, at this renewal lifestyle choice. I have a three phrase positive mantra, say throughout the day,I want a healthy lifestyle,I want to lose weight, I want it to see that I love myself. I am up early every morning and I am going go dedicate this time, for prepping an healthy dinner in the crockpot for the day, eating a healthy breakfast, taking my morning vitamin, drinking my morning water, Sparkin-which is reading healthy articles, logging in the morning , exercising, and starting my day.

Craving Vegetables

My food has been a little off these last couple of days and I am feeling it. I am going to cook me some corn and mix it with salsa and garlic. I am going to put some chicken in the crockpot for later in the day. I am glad that I am having healthy cravings. Also I am noticing the swelling in my legs are reducing. I weigh in today and I am nervous. I got to get my exercise today. I can not lose this time to "wishing" I was exercising.
