Going to do an Sparkpeople exercise video and then go to bed

Work on some organizational duties today and saw some improvement
Still working on my bedroom unpacking but having a spending an hour a day to it's done

Do an Sparkvideo/ then do a girls spa day with my daughter
I am going to eat three veggies for dinner
Sweep the basement steps for more exercise

I adjusted my calories/fitness because I am continuing to have back spasms and such. I am committing to 20 minutes of exercises daily so that I could build my fitness level. I have a doctor's appointment schedule, continue to eat bananas and boost my potassium. I walked about 900 steps today, not far, but I am doing it.

Walked part of the mall with my daughter
visited her favorite mall food=Panda Express=too much salt for me
went to the F 21 store and made some presents for her
I could not get all the mall since my exercised slowed down with the muscle spasm of a week ago I will build back up
My sparkcookbook and dvd arrived!!

Spark/work on Spark Teams
Track Food
Get at least 100 fitness minutes this week
Exercise Daily/Journal
Zumba with Daughter/Wii with daughter 2x a week
Turn off TV for part of day-problem
Continue to work on unpacking/getting rid of stuff
Work on Personal Beautification
Work on Resume/send out 3 this week
Meal Prepare/so you do not have to cook every day
go to gym three times
Build Confidence to wear swimsuit--
This is a lot but remember I am in job search and I have 16 year old daughter, who has her time to herself, I spend a lot of time with my best friends-fat food, tv, couch and phone,computer (looking at Pinterest
