After more than ten months of foot pain due to plantar fasciitis, I am pleased to say that I have lost enough weight and rested it enough that I can now do some light exercise. Two days ago, I danced four Just Dance 3 songs, and today I started the Spark People Boot Camp workouts. And Yogilates.
Aftr four minutes of Yogilates, I had to stop. I'm going to do this five times today, if I need to, to finish the video. :) I'm SOOOO uncoordinated, and taking ten months off of physical activity, for the most part, has not helped.
