Actually, after my weigh-in today, I should be on a soup-only diet. The scale did not budge this week.
But here's the thing: IT WILL NEXT WEEK. 8 glasses of water/day, 5 freggies or more, no dessert if I'm already at my calorie minimum in the evening, and dancing with my TV at least three times this week.
