Rolling in laughter...

Wednesday, January 30, 2013

I accidentally marked my 1 pound weight loss this week as a 101 pound weight loss on SP... and I had a great belly laugh that people were liking it on my feed. I fixed it, of course, but apparently not quickly enough for SP to stop advertising my amazing 101 pound loss!

:) I checked... I'd be quite underweight if I lost 101. I'll settle for half of that!!! (30 down, 50 to go. 19 pounds from Onederland!)

That is kind of funny. I think 1 pound at a time is probably alot healthier than that 101 pound loss all at once anyways right? ;-) Before you know it, you will be hitting Onederland. As soon as I did it meant more than I ever knew. I knew I'd be happy for myself but when I hit it, it just seemed like so much more! emoticon emoticon

Should I Stop Eating?

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

If I'm satisfied, for today only, with my 900-1,000 calories eaten, do I make myself eat more before bedtime to hit 1,200 or can I go to bed, as long as this is not a habit?

I say don't force it and get some rest!

I guess if you feel satisfied with that then don't eat. Just make sure you are eating a well balanced diet with fruits, veggies, meat and dairy products. emoticon

If you are satisfied I wouldn't force yourself to eat. I often find I am near 900-1000 if I eat a lot of fruits and veggies that but, but still satisfied as well. I usually have a hot chocolate as a treat before bed though. It's my favourite treat.

I think you should hit the hay! Yes its not ideal everyday, but having low calories will wake your body up and change up the normal patter! As long as your satisfied you should be fine! keep up the great job!

Juicer: Bought!

Sunday, January 06, 2013

After watching the documentary _Fat,_Sick,_and _Nearly_Dead_, we decided to buy a juicer. Not to juice every meal or go on a juice fast. Just to have another option for healthy eating/drinking.

I used grapes, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, and apples tonight and made enough for the family. It was SOOOO creamy, frothy, and rich! I also found some online resources on what to do with the pulp, so I'll be able to use the leftovers. (But not this time, I put the whole apple core in!)
