NOT SO HAPPY!

Well, after tracking food and exercise for the last four weeks, I do not feel like I am making much progress. In addition, my feet are swollen a lot lately. There doe not appear to be a medical reason, either. A little frustrating!!!! emoticon

    Be gentle with yourself. You could also be dehydrated which will cause the body to hold on to everything it's got. See Doc if continues. Take care and feel better.

I guess what's important here is that I keep coming back! I have started over yet again. Since Thursday, I am down 1 lb, ihave stayed within my caloric range and have worked out three times.

I got up at 4:30 this morning to get in my workout before heading to work since I knew I would not make it to the gym this evening due to another engagement. This is a first for me. I am proud of myself. I was so proud of myself since my first instinct was to turn over and go back to sleep when the clock went off!
In addition, I am on track with the rest of my goals so far today!

Today, I started all over again. For the next 30 days, I will consistently work my plan for a better me. Following the plan outlined on my page, it will be interesting to see the results.
