Well after two weeks of pushing and one week of pushing against the wall I felt really good yesterday and varied up my cardio. I was able to do 35 minutes on the elliptical (15, 10, and 5 minute clips), 10 minutes of rowing, 20 minutes of walking and 30 minutes of circut training. IT FELT REALLY GOOD!! Now my muscles ae sore but I remeber this feeling and it always felt good. I will take it a bit easier today with the cardio and perhaps do a walk and the elliptical for 20 minutes.
However, the time that crashes all diets draws near. I have been feverishly typing in the recipes my family uses for the various dishes for Thanksgiving Dinner to calculate how much damage will be done. To avail this I have prepared some low calorie side dishes for myself. Keep the pressure off I don't want to blow things too much. If I can just make it past today I can sail to Christmas!!! I will post again and tell the damage later :).
