In Los Angeles and dealing with all of the usual surprises and let downs and exciting happenings that accompany major life change. I'm fairing well here, health wise. Ita so easy to be gluten an dairy free in California!

I did really well today! I'm still truckin along, I have three more days on the road. I'm tired, but getting excited about the weeks ahead. I feel confident that this move was the best thing for my future and my health!

I've been on the road for six hours, about six hours left before my first hotel. So far food is going well and I've resisted temptations along the way. I know tonight I will feel so much better for having accomplished my goals. I'm even stretching at rest stops and working muscles while I drive!
