WELL I HAD AN AWESOME DAY. I STARTED MY JOURNEY UP THE MOUNTAIN FINALLY.....I AM DOING IT. THE SCALE WAS THE SAME BEEN THE SAME SEEMS LIKE FOREVER BUT THATS OK I CHANGED MY ATTITUDE PUSHED MYSELF HARDER TODAY STARTED WITH A 4 MILE WALK AT WORK 10 JUMPING JACKS EVEN WITH THE BAD ANKLE I FARED WELL CAME HOME RODE MY BIKE FOR 2 MILES ACTUALLY PUSHED MYSELF TO THE MAX FEELING GOOD CAME IN COOKED DINNER HEALTHY GROUND CHICKEN MEATLOAF HELPED THE LANDLORD WITH THE YARDWORK PICKED UP ALL THE LOGS AND STICKS FROM THE WIND STORMS AND TRUDGED THEM AROUND THREW THE RADIO ON DANCED FOR 3 SONGS FAST AROBIC DANCED FEEL GOOD AND MOTIVATED AND A LITTLE SORE NOW IF I CAN JUST GET THE REST OF THE WATER DOWN...IM PUMPED THANK YOU SPARKPEOPLE LOVE YOUR SHOW
