I've been less diligent with my cardio exercise lately...am feeling a bit bored with my Leslie tapes, and it's terribly hot outside.
I have a plan to revitalize my routine.
My favorite Leslie tape is the 5 Day Slim-Down - begins with "classic walk," goes on with miles focusing on arms, legs, abs, and finishes with a speed mile.
I often exercise at night - it's cooler then and I like to take a bath before bed, so that works well.
BUT it's cool in the AM too - and I think I could use the boost in the morning.
Soooooo - tomorrow I will try doing the Leslie warmup and then the speed mile.
A quick way to begin - and I will have one mile under my belt early.
My goal is to do this for one week and see how it goes.
