It was easier today to do the mile in the AM! I also did it earlier, and managed to drink 4 glasses of water before noon. I'm discovering that if I don't get that water going early, it never happens...
I did the 14-minute abs mile today - it was easier than doing the 12-minute mile so early. And I enjoy those moves more too.
Update on digging - I am digging again, clearing yew roots, which is nasty work. Weather is not too hot now so it's the right time to do it.
I wore myself out though with my previous spate of digging. This time I am doing it in 15-minute segments, then resting for at least 15 minutes before the next round. This is working much better. I did it yesterday, and today I was not too tired to go at it again!
It will really be worth it when the grass goes in!
