I was out of town last week so I didn't get to do the bonus for the challenge, so I thought I would go ahead and do it this week. :)
"For the bonus this week, share two secrets to your success (related to diet, exercise, or consistency) with your team. Hopefully this will help you identify the things going well in your regimen AND learn from the best of others. "
#1 NEVER EVER GIVING UP! NEVER EVER saying it's ok just this once. It's ok, I'll do it tomorrow. I'll just have a cheat day and it will be ok tomorrow. Because sometimes tomorrow never comes like you thought. That one cheat day can turn into 2 then 3 then forever. Yes, I slip and eat the wrong things sometimes or way over eat but I don't justify it lightly. I don't say screw today I'll start again tomorrow. I try and figure out why I ate what I ate or the quantity of what I ate and go from there. I want this to be a lifestyle, meaning forever, not a diet. To do that it has to be for forever. I know I am hard on myself and this may not be the way to go for a lot of people but I know I have an addiction to food and you wouldn't say to a crack head, it's ok for today. lol!
#2 ACCOUNTABILITY! Holding myself accountable by blogging daily and posting and keeping track of my weight daily REALLY HELPS! Knowing I am going to weigh in and post the results the next day and that every binge and over eating session will reflect in that, really makes a difference.
Yesterday I went to my first Zumba class! It was scary. lol! I DEFINITELY do not have rhythm. You know you look funny when every time the instructor turns around she has a hard time not cracking up. lol! BUT I am going back today for a toning Zumba class. So I am brave! :)

BONUS (20 or 0 Points):
For the bonus this week, identify two 'personal roadblocks' that are hindering your success. We all have individual challenges or triggers that make it hard for us to make consistent progress towards our goals. Tackling these, head on, could help us get to our goals and stay there. Share your challenges with your team, along with at least 3 things you can do to begin to overcome those roadblocks.
#1: Lazy when it comes to ST and even sometimes with cardio, cutting it short, etc.
#2: Controlling PMS Binge Days
Three things to over come these..
#1 Suck it up and just DO IT! Stop being a baby and just get it DONE! LOL!
#2 Stay really busy and out of the house a good bit when I feel the binges coming.
#3 Combine the 2, ST when I feel like I'm losing control with my eating. Sweat it out of me.
I'm getting SO close! I CAN FEEL IT!! I CAN TASTE IT!! I AM HUNGRY FOR IT!!! My next goal is to reach my next monthly goal of 145 and not drop the ball before August 12th. I CAN DO THIS!! I am feeling so good about myself. I love that I have been able to say no to so many temptations, esp. this last week in the mountains. My MIL sent up SOOO many sweets it was crazy! And there was one day I was craving soda SO bad but I held on! I am so thankful now for the strength I found then. They are SO right when they say, Nothing taste as good as thin feels, because I feel good!!
