I've Discovered that I Really Really Enjoy Exercise! Going to the gym i like the highlight of my day now...weird huh?

(a) It makes me feel great about myself
(b) it helps me make better nutrition decisionss the rest of the day
(c) it is actually kind of fun
(d) I have more energy than ever!

    Hey there!
Saw your post about being new in April and thought I would welcome you aboard and tell you that your blog interestingly applies to me too!

I lost 15 lbs in January by going to the gym regularly and was not an exercise junkie at all! Lately, I have been off the bandwagon and working to get back on. We can do this together!

I feel so disappointed in myself for not going to the gym... and I am looking forward to going tomorrow. It's gonna be a great day knowing that I will start it off right!

BEST WISHES TO YOU!!! Keep me posted... and feel free to check up on me every now and then too!

    Yeah, it is weird! I noticed that if I don't walk for a couple days I start sleeping really bad too! I am NOT an "exerciser" ... I hate to sweat... but now I really NEED to do my walking :D
