Well the last few days have been a challenge. Here in NYC with all the commotion going on with Hurricane Sandy the days have been a bit stressful. Couple stress with menstrual time and meet bad food choices. I am noticing more and more that I am an emotional eater. When I get stressed I mindlessly snack. When I seem to be hungry, it's as if I can't wait, I have to eat whatever, right now! It is Although, it seems like my day always starts on the right foot with a good healthy breakfast. Throughout the day though I am super challenged. My appetite seems to be my worst enemy. The day just started, so I hope to track some exercise, keep away from the junk and work toward PROGRESS!!
