Uh oh! I've gained six pounds over the first four weeks of the motivate challenge. I was sick, but the real problem was over eating. I need to find other ways to occupy my time when I eat out of boredom.

I think I'm going to scale my workout days back from six to five. I've been planning six, but rarely make it. So, I'm going to stick with what's realistic instead of having one more thing to feel guilty about. ![]()
