Hello Everyone,Well today was a good day I workout ready hard and it felt good.I did the following routine
25 mins kickboxing
5 mins dumbbells
5 mins abs crunches
10 mins stretching
total 45 mins
punching bag 20mins
For my strength training
crunches 3sets 10=30
crunches with twist 3 sets 10=30
reverse crunch 3 sets 10=30
bicycle crunch 3 sets 10=30
push-ups 5sets 10=50
plank 3 set 30seconds
stretching 10 mins
Boy am I does my body ache but I know I gave it a good workout.
Well today I woke up and got the kids ready for school. I only had my youngest home now and she 1. So it was nice out and I wanted to plant and rake and pulled up all the weeds.See I brought some plants and a roll of carpet of seeds which is a collection of plants and roses and palm tree and woods chips and soil for the outside.So I got dress and went out and started working in the garden.Then about 10am my little one woke up and I ran back inside to get her and change her clothes and diaper and made her something to eat.then we went back outside I let her play in her sandbox while I was working. Would you believe I spent from 8:30 to 2:40 outside working in my garden. It felt good being out you know I am so glad that spring is here.Well I am going to take some pictures of my garden and I will post them to my page.I am still not done yet just have a little section to do yet.Boy am I sore ladies but I be back outside tomorrow to finish.I was going to workout today in my workout room but got too busy with the outside.Now I am getting ready to cook dinner then give the kids a bath and then I take one too. After that relax before going to bed......
Hey Spring is here and I cant wait to enjoy it.So lets get out side and just have lots of fun.
I am starting over after having a bad week of the flu. I end up losing 5lbs the easy way not by choice. Today was my first day of trying to get back to normal. I woke up and feed my kids and did some vacuum and mop the kitchen floor and then some laundry. I am trying to focus again and just get my body back. See after not being able to eat when I was sick mess me up like crazy. Cause my sugar is way off and very low and my stomach much smaller.So I am taking smaller steps on getting my body back. I am finding it hard to eat sometimes. As for my exercising well I am still a little dizzy and I am going to wait til Monday by then I should be all better. This morning I had a bowl of special k with berries cereal and coffee. Then for my morning snack I had 16oz bottle of water and apple with peanut butter. I wont let this set me back. I work too hard to lose the 45lbs I have lost so far. I am moving forward and putting all this behind me. I can't believe spring is here and I can't wait to get out and enjoy it. I am letting the kids play out side today and I will sit and watch them.Plus maybe the air will make me feel better.So don't let a cold or flu set you back just move forward....
Sorry I haven't been on in three days. I been sick with the flu. I have it so bad that I been in bed the whole time.For three days all I did was sleep.My husband has been Mr.mom.I am very lucky to have him.I haven't been able to keep foods in me.I been drinking lots of hot teas and water.I am starting to feel a little better still not up to walking around yet.So I am not 100%.I am still weak.Think god for laptops you know.Well I am getting tired so I hope to be feeling better soon don't know when..
Yea I am feeling Fabulicious I have been working very hard the past week and this week as well.I wasn't watching how I was working out and pull a muscle between my neck and shoulder area again. I was in so much pain these past two days and I even workout while I was in pain. Found out that was a big mistake.Cause last night I had to go to the ER and They said I re insured the area and got told to take it easy until it heals and to stay away from floor exercises. So I have to find an easy way to workout that wont put any strain on that area for a week.So if you have any ideas please let me know thanks....
