Well today was a good cause I got up early and gave it my best. I sent my kids to school and I workout hard.I did the following Day 4 Boot-camp Workout7-Minute Core Workout plus bicycle crunches 5 sets of 15 reps.plus regular crunches 3 sets of 10,stand crunches with a twist 2 sets of 10,3 sets of planks,2 sets 10 of lunges with bicep curl,2 sets 10 of dead lift bicep curl overhead press,2 sets 10 of squats bicep curl shoulder press,wall push ups 20 reps,knee push ups 30 reps, 50 jumping jacks,10 minutes of jump rope,treadmill for 30 minutes burn 220 cal,Brazil butt lift cardio axe 30mins,Brazil butt lift high and tight 35mins,So I got a good workout in today.I wanted to make up for 2 days of not working out Yea I spent 180 minutes today.I also ate in my calories range and drunk lots of water about 10 glasses.I am back on track and I feel good and I am focus and ready to kick this weight.I am happy that I haven't gain any the past week of not working out but only two days last week. I am also happy that I am going on two months of not smoking as it will be on the 15th of March.

Small Goals are
1- Exercise 6 days a week doing some kind cardio for 6o minutes
and 20 minutes of strength training.
2- Track my foods and drink daily
3- Make sure I drink 8 glasses of water daily
4-Watch the portion sizes, use a smaller plate,eat slowly,stopped when
5-Post on all my spark teams daily
1- Me( Prove to myself that I can do it)
2- For better health( See I am at risk of diabetes,heart attack,and others)
3- To have more energy to keep me going day to day
4- Buy new clothes in smaller sizes
5- My family are supporting me
6- Spark People having them by my side

I woke up this morning and said to my self I am taking back my self control. I am going to finish what I started. I have the strength to do this and I have the will power. We must learn from our mistakes in order to over come the fear we have. I was laying on my bed last night playing a golf game with my husband and I just happen to look at my thighs. I couldn't believe how much small they have gotten. So I went and got a measuring tape and I was taking my measurements. I found out that my body was getting smaller. Here is my measurements when I started this in April..

So you see it does show after a while one day at a time. All my hard work has been paying off. My husband was like see I knew you could do it. You just have to believe in yourself..
I sit and watch the biggest loser show and I wonder why cant I lose it like they do..Cause the pounds melt off of them.With me its a pound or two here and there..So doing it slow is the key.
I was about to give up a couple of weeks ago but I didn't. See I just stop everything the counting calories,tracking foods,workouts,I lost my wii power and focus.I was getting bored of doing the same old stuff over and over.While I was skipping meals and only eating junk foods such as cakes,candy,cookies.I was shocked I didn't gained any pounds for those two weeks or lose any which is okay.
I just got a Elliptical and I use it twice so far. The first time I did the Jillian Michaels workout disc p-1 for 30 mins and burned 319 calories. The second time I use it I did the workout that was on the machine and did 30 mins and burned 469.7 calories. I got a better workout then before. Now I am trying to find the best routine for me due to the fact I have a treadmill, Ab circle pro,Elliptical,Weights,a whole brunch of workout DVD s. What I want to do is workout for two hours a day. So I am trying to figure out what the best way with all the stuff I have. If you have any ideas feel free to let me know thanks.Cause right now I am just doing one at a time.
I am also working on better mines and my husband relationship. Cause before I lost the weight I wasn't feeling sexy and I hated taking pictures and wearing make up and nice clothes. I would wear clothes that was baggie so it would hide my butt. As for our sex life well he had to beg and start it. But now I love wearing make up and sexy clothes and just making me look the best as I can be. I even went out and brought a very nice sexy outfit. A nice shirt and pair of pants and sexy bras and panties and nighties. I even went and color my hair. Then I got all new make up as well. My husband was like wow. He loves the new me. I also loved the old me but i told him she gone and not coming back.This is the new me and here is the old me what you think
I have made a lot of changes in my life. One was to get healthy and lose weight.Second was to quit smoking which I did over a month ago.Third was learn other ways to cook my foods healthy. Fourth try new foods that are good for you to eat. Fifth my kids look to me as their role model cause they to are eating better and getting exercise.
My spark for today is ( Don't give up and when one day doesn't go right just do better the next day.Stay focus and you will accomplish what you set out to do.)
