Hello Sparkers, I wanted to share with you that you can eat out and still eat healthy. All you have to do is choice wisely. We went to IHOP and I had a very healthy breakfast that was SIMPLE & FIT Spinach, Mushroom & Tomato Omelette With fresh spinach, mushrooms, onions and Swiss cheese. Topped with diced tomatoes. 330 Calories let me just say it was so good. I also had a side order of whole wheat toast to. So if you notice that all the restaurants now have a more to choose from on their menus and they even list the calories. So you can choose a healthier meal.
