This morning I ate Banana & cream Oatmeal 130 cal,Small banana and coffee.
I also got my workout in too. I did Leslie Sansone family walk for 37 mins and Leslie Sansone Cardio Slimdown for 22 mins and then My Ab Circle Pro for 10 mins I burn 560 calories.
I feel great and happy to be back on tracking again.
Well let me go as I am waiting for a package from Hp they send us the recovery Disk for my laptop. I am not true happy that I lost everything on my laptop but what can we do you know. UPS should be here before 10:30 this morning with them. So I am keeping an eye out for the truck. Gonna go make me a fruit salad for my morning snack.. I also got to get my daughter ready for school as her bus comes at 11am. So I talk to you all later.. I be back to add more to this Blog later on in the day...
Okay I am back again to add more to this Blog, For lunch I made myself Tuna wraps out of Lettuce and on the side I had tomato slices, cucumber slices and hard broil egg.
Then I walk to pick up my kids from school which is eight blocks away. I brisk walk up and took my time coming back.
For my afternoon snack I had peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat
As for my water well I had so far 84oz
For dinner I am having one of my Healthy choice meals and the kids and hubby are having something different for dinner.
I guess that it for now I am going to go rest as I am beat from all the walking..
