Well I wanted to make new plans as my 28 day challenge is coming to an end in one more week. I want to keep the incentive going so I can keep at it. So My diet will be as follow: To keep eating healthy and low fat. Eat lots of veggies and fruits and whole wheat.
For exercise: I will continue with my 60 min/day of cardio.To continue with my 30 min/3x a week of strength training. I will add weights and kettle ball to it as well and some yoga too. Also will look Thur the spark videos as well. As far as cardio go I do a bit of everything from kickboxing, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and yes the Wii. I try to mix things up a bit so I don't get bored.
I also love doing either Leslie Sansone's walk at home or Debbie Rocker walk at home dvd's. I want to drink more water every day. I trend to lack my daily water.
I also said in the pass that I was going to blog more but I haven't been doing that.I need to start with that.I will try an write one a week.
I love reading others people blogs instead of me leaving one myself. But that will change I promise. I can't wait to restart my goals.
I made it to the Onederland yes I am finally in the 100's current weight is 192. I am so motivated to stay in the 100's.I am encouraged to do good and stay there
with spark help and all my friends here too.We will see in the next few months on how I am doing.I am focus and ready to restart this all over again.
Cause I know I can do it cause I lost over 90+ pounds already as I did gained some back but no more.I made a new year set of goals and I am going to keep them.. Feel free to check them out as i blog them already...Wish me luck spark.... This is me and my wonderful husband Lance
