I was reading a blog and they said give yourself credit for all that you done so far. So here is a list of my accomplishments so far with more to follow
I quit smoking on Jan 16 cold turkey without any help
I feel more healthier than I did before.
I am finally able to exercise without feeling discomfort.
I am finally spending time with my family.
I am helping my kids with their homework
I am finally able to do more with my kids out doors
I am showing my kids how to live healthy and be healthy
I got my kids to eat some veggies :)
I am able to talk to my husband more often
I have given birth to 7 wonderful kids
I am able to exercise 6 day a week
I am drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily
I am finally losing weight that I put on over the years.
I went from a size 24 down to a size 20 in jeans.
I am able to wear a swimsuit finally
I am eating much healthier now than I did in the past.
I am wearing sexy clothes now.
I love to cook and try new foods
I love the new me :)
I never gave up when I wasn't losing weight
I didn't give up when I ate badly I just got back on track the next day
I I donít listen to anyone commenting on what Iím eating.
I look and feel better about myself
I am going to live longer
I am more confident now
I am trying to be less critical to myself and others.
I am proud of how far I came since I started spark in April 2009
I have a better self esteem then when I first started
I am not letting anybody bug me or nag me about my weight.
I am very proud of myself :)
