Well today was a good day cause I woke up and took a shower and after weight myself. I went from 212 to 209 yea. I lost 3 lbs since I change the way I am eating and drinking. See I cut all diet soda and sweets and cut down on my sugar intake. I been eating more wheat pasta,brown rice,turkey,fish,veggies,fruits,whole wheat bread. I am still working out 6 days a week. Expect for last week I only did 4 days cause My husband took the whole family away for the weekend. We went to las vegas friday and saturday came back on sunday. We took the kids to the vegas zoo boy was that a lot of walking.But I must say it was fun doing stuff with the kids and hubby. I am just glad that I lost 3 lbs. I must be doing something right.
I did my workout today. I did 50 minutes of the biggest loser boot camp DVD. It was cardio and strength training. they have you doing jumping jacks,jumping rope and
lunges,plank,squats,crunches,bicep curls,triceps kick backs,side bends,knee ups,you name it you're doing it..I was sweating my butt off. But I know that it was a good workout in......
