I am doing good and I feel great. I am losing weight and my BMI is going down too. I am working hard everyday off I wake up every morning and workout before I have breakfast. I do my slim 6 video after a 15mins break then I workout with the Wii Fit Plus and after a 15mins break I workout on a stepper. So a total of 140 mins a day I'm working yeti also am watching what I eat and my portion sizes. I drink lots of water and 4 cups of green tea. I love the new me. Before all of this I couldn't even workout for 10 mins without being tired. I took it slow at first by doing 30mins for 3 times a week. Then I just added a day and more time to it.
I started at 250 and now I am at 224 and my BMI was at 43 and now its at 38.54. My goal weight is 120 by Nov 2010. I learn how to count my calories and watch my portions. I even cut out junk foods. I eat healthy foods that good for me.Most of my snacks are no more then
100 calories. I am even starting to eat more fish and turkey meats as well. I started watching the Biggest Loser show to give me ideas on how to loser weight. By watching Bob and Jillian I have learned what to stay away from and what to eat. I even went out and brought their cookbook. I even found other sites with low fat recipes. I know the holidays are even harder. But you just have to be strong and dont eat the wrong foods. I know in my house I'm making turkey breast and low fat stuffing and yams and vegetable and pound cake with some strawberries on top. I went searching online for a low fat thanksgiving dinner. This is one of them. You just have to know what you want and just dont give up just because it the holidays. Cause you can still eat right just need to know the right way to go about it. My husband told me that he is very proud of me and he wish he could do what I can. Cause he too want to lose weight but he has very bad knees and he has very low sugar. So he need to be careful on how he diets and workout. Just because he can't eat it doesn't mean I cant have it that what he says...
