You are so right. Material things can't bring us happiness, but loving & helping each other can. I use to learn something new everyday, but not I forget more than I ever knew.

Love the blog....I just read from a member of one of my teams this saying.......As you put something into your mouth....think....would I feed this to my best friend who was trying to loose weight. Sure made me think.

I have bean working hard to find out why I over eat.I am starting to find out food is not love comfort friends. I am learning how to get my needs met.
