OK, I am getting some consistency going. I am using the treadmill 5 days a week (too hot to walk outside), and weight training 3 days a week. I am still upping my weights every other session, I don't feel I am at my "max" yet. There will be a 1/2 marathon and 5/10k walk/run here in February, I have decided to enter. Since I already do 3-4 miles a day on the treadmill, I am going to train for the 10k walk. I am hoping to start running next month when the humidity goes away.
