Well, it wasn't a very good week in terms of meeting goals....but given all that has been going on I am okay with that. Will try to focus more this week. Here's how the week ended up:
Last week:

1. Track 5/7 days accurately! 1/7
2. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days. 1/7
3. Burn 2000 extra calories through exercise. 1302 /2000
This week's goals will stay the same:
1. Track 5/7 days accurately!
2. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days
3. Burn 2000 extra calories through exercise.
Keeping it simple for today:
1. Track
2. No iced caps/fraps
3. 30 minutes exercise
