WEEK OF APRIL 17TH, DAY#3

Tuesday, April 19, 2011

YESTERDAY:
---------
1. Track, track, track!
2. Stay within calorie range
3. 30 min, exercise
4. Take lunch to work emoticon
5. Play board game with kids after dinner

Well....yesterday was not a particularly good day in terms of meeting goals....I was tracking until after dinner and then got really hungry. Yes, I know I should/could have tracked anyway, but I didn't and will move on. I was definately over my calories! On a positive note, although I had forgotten to grab my lunch on the rush out the door, I ended up stopping in at the deli after a morning meeting and made myself a sandwich/had spinach salad which was basically like bringing my lunch. We didn't play a board game BUT each of the kids did some reading with me, so still 1:1 quality time which was the goal! DH worked on some of the tiling in the front hallway and will continue on today. I will be soooo glad when our current reno's are done!

TODAY:
----------
1. Track, track, track!
2. Stay within calorie range
3. 30 min, exercise (already done with 51 min. walk/jog this morning before work with the dog!) emoticon
4. Take lunch to work emoticon
5. No iced caps/fraps

My plan for today is to faithfully track...and stay within calories as closely as possible. Tonight I am aiming to work on a work report while watching a bit of TV as this will keep my hands away from the snacks!

Tomorrow:
---------------
1. Track, track, track!
2. Stay within calorie range
3. 30 min, exercise
4. Take lunch to work
5. No iced caps/fraps

Goals for the week:
--------------------------

1. Track 5/7 days 1/7
2. Burn 2000 calories through exercise 706/2000
3. Run 3 times 1/3
4. Limit lunch take-out to once during work week
5. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days 0/2

I can relate - it is so hard to track when you know you are blowing it. Let's keep at this!

WEEK OF APRIL 10th RESULTS

Sunday, April 17, 2011

No blog yesterday, it was a busy day! Anyhow, the week wasn't overly productive in terms of meeting health goals, but with the added challenge of having strep I am ok with that!

Weigh-In last week: 214.5
Tody: 214
Down .5 lbs.
Scale moving in right direction still! emoticon

THIS WEEK :
---------------
1. Track food 5/7 days. 5/7
2. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days. 1/7
3. Burn 2000 calories through exercise. 920/2000
4. Run three times this week. 0/3

WEEK OF APRIL 10TH - DAY#6

Friday, April 15, 2011

Yesterday:
--------------
1. Track food honestly and accurately. emoticon Except for ice cream and didn't track as didn't measure serving....
2. Stay within calories. emoticonDefinately over but not sure how much.
3. 30 min. exercise. emoticon
4. No iced caps/frapps. emoticon
5. No night-time snacking after dinner unless it fits into my target calories! emoticon

Well, I was doing okay with food yesterday until DH picked up some ice cream and I got into it last night. Boy did it feel good on my throat....Despite this the scale was nice to me this morning by being down .5 lb from last official weigh-in. We'll see what Sunday brings....

Today:
--------
1. Track food honestly and accurately.
2. Stay within calories.
3. 30 min. exercise. emoticon
4. No iced caps/frapps.
5. No night-time snacking after dinner unless it fits into my target calories!

Tomorrow:
--------------
1. Track food honestly and accurately.
2. Stay within calories.
3. 30 min. exercise.
4. No iced caps/frapps.
5. No night-time snacking after dinner unless it fits into my target calories!

THIS WEEK :
---------------
1. Track food 5/7 days. 4/5
2. Stay within calorie range 5/7 days. 1/5
3. Burn 2000 calories through exercise. 920/2000
4. Run three times this week. 0/3

Unfortunately can't see myself getting any runs in before Sunday. My energy has been terrible with the strep but I did push myself to go for a light walk with the dog this afternoon at least. Won't reach my calorie burn either but given challenges of the week it's okay! Meds kicking in now so next week will be better hopefully!
