    I like this idea as well Samette~ do you just climb the stairs at home? And do you do this all in one go or through out the day?

"A New Year/Spark"

Ok, so this is it! I really have to become smart about this lifestyle change! So far, I have just been horsing around, so to speak. I really don't know why I am having so much trouble with this? It's like the little devil on my shoulder keeps booting me off track!
So, again, this is a New Year, and yes I am truly determined to put more "SPARK", in my step! (And I think, I will sew my mouth shut!) Heck, my dog even put on weight! What's with this? I think we are spending way too much time in this house! So, Max and I are starting on a new fitness lifestyle.
I really know my problem, it's "The Bending the elbow hand to mouth, syndrome!" They tell me there isn't a cure for this, but one can go into recession!
I had trouble when I tried to quit smoking, but not like this! I finally succeeded with that, (seven years, clean), and I am determined to do so with this!
So, Bring on The NEW YEAR/ME!!!
