...think about taking your own advice.
Case in point, just today I told someone how important protein is to me for working out.
Got home...started to workout...15 minutes later I was feeling very icky.
Thought about it and remembered that I didn't really eat the protein part of my lunch. Oh, and I got too busy at work to have a snack.
This got me thinking (once I ate dinner) how many times do we give people advice that we don't follow ourselves?
How many times have you told people how great they are doing, how it is okay that they slipped, and that they should really see the beauty in themselves??
And how many times have you beat the crap out of yourself for not seeing results, for slipping, or just seeing an "ugly" person in the mirror??
My advice? Go back through your feed and read things that you have sent others. And hopefully you will realize that you are deserving of those warm feelings too.
