Okay, I figured out what my pattern is. And I find it annoying.
Lose weight for 2 weeks.
Gain weight for the week of PMS/TOM
Lose the weight gained from the week before.
This means that once a month I'm working on losing what I had already lost.
Oww! That hurts my brain.
So how do I control myself when my hormones are going all wack-a-doodle? Did all the official doctor things, now I have to work out the rest on my own.
I would rather not take responsibility for this. So if any of you can find someone to blame it one that would be suuuuper!
Meanwhile, I have some thinking to do.
