Been on the straight and mostly narrow since the 1st, but lunch today included something that will make sure that I will be working out a bit more than normal today and tomorrow.
I won't say what it was. Don't want to tempt anyone. It isn't *that* bad or in some huge quantity, but there you have it.
I will still be outside my daily limits for today, so no snacking tonight!
I try to remember that sometimes you just have to do it, just don't go crazy.
Or crazier than I already am....
