Okay so you think I have some sort of parasite. No worries, I'm good but I do think it's sort of weird that your interested LOL,
On the serious mode:
Google a "Body Bugg", it's this amazing high tech device that takes in your bodies information all day (and by all day I mean all nigh too ) and it gives you a 90% accurate reading of how many calories you burn in a 24 hour period. You pretty much do the same thing that you're doing here with regards to tracking your food but you have this super awesome device that tells you what your CALORIE DEFICIT is so far that day.
What's CALORIE DEFICIT you say? it's the numerical difference between the calories you burn each day and the calories you consume. Now if your like me you've read too many times that you have to have atleast a 500 calorie deficit each day to lose a pound per week that's easy right?! WRONG! Especially when you really don't have an accurate source of information for what your consuming and burning. Well, the Body Bugg's your new best friend . Thanks to the smart, over-worked, under appreciated, caffeinated, nerds and dorks of Harvard doing years of study and research you can have this awesome thing called the Body Bugg
They should totally pay me for this.
So in the past week, I've been doing a 1000 cal deficit so I can lose 2lbs per week. Friday's here and I just couldn't wait...2 lbs GONE!! and I am feelin super about it.

I love when she says that! Anywho, so I've been doing the Turbo Jam coupled with Chalean Extreme. And I recieved alot of feed back on my blog entry last time (3 is alot for me ) so I want to say a few things about it.
1. I am 284lbs. right now ( I gained a few pounds traveling) and am able to do both Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme.
2. Turbo Jam is really great for beginners. It's easy on my knee, which currently needs surgery! But I'm too stubborn to do that so I wear a really expensive knee brace and go with that..
3. Chalean Extreme isn't just for women or hard core trainers !!! I have never been a weight lifter, even when I used to play basketball, the practices were 95% cardio, and about 15 mins in the weight room lifting 10 or 15lbs at the most. With Chaleaen I lift up to 25lbs!!! She teaches you how and why it's this way.
4. Turbo Jam: If you love boxing, dancing, both or just fast paced workouts that make 45-50 mins seem like 20-25, then this is your baby!! (Geez you'd think they were paying me! ) and I want to stress the weight I am carrying while doing these workouts 284!!!!
5. Here's the deal, Chalean is a major motivator, check her out on youtube, check out her followers, she's amazing and gifted when it comes to that very important part of being a trainer and that's been the biggest thing that's kept me on her team. Before I used to love Billy Blanks, but he went out the wind when I hear her amazing music coupled with kick boxing .
6. Finally, the results: 30 pound loss and thats including the 4 I've lost in the past 20 days with Chalean Extreme, and 8inches off my whole body .
Best of all, I FEEL like I LOOK great, and I LOOK like I'm making progress!!!

So I started the Chalean Extreme 90 day progam 18 days ago and all I have to say is "WOW" I cannot believe the results I've seen in under 30 days! ! I've lost just about 7 pounds, an inch off my waist, thighs and hips and have gotten a new lease on weight lifting! . I want to workout everyday because it's so motivational and empowering lifting such heavy weights, not to mention how wonderfully motivating Chalean and the crew are. She's really amazing, she's great at what she does and best of all THE WORKOUTS PRODUCE RESULTS!!!
I expected not to lose much weight on this program. I mean muscle weighs 3x's more than fat, and I've never lifted weights this heavy before or this often, so I said to myself "okay, I'm likely to gain on this program so let me not forget to incorporate my own cardio since every review I've read says that although there is cardio it's not enough for intermediate exercises or those looking to lose a significant amount of weight" (more than 30lbs), so I've been doing the turbo jam system with the Extreme and can I just say "WOW" again! . I mean I am 283lbs right now with a bum knee and I can't BELIEVE how motivated I am to workout now with Chalean. The woman has a gift!! TRY IT IF YOU CAN, I BET YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
