I recently just started with spark almost a month ago on the 21st of June, and I can tell you one thing that I am truely inspired by the way so many people have utilized this program to literally changed their lives.
The irony of it all, is after being inspired by so many people and seeing the proof through pictures and their own personal testimonies, I still can't help but wonder...IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE FOR ME TOO??
*Possible to be less than 200 lbs
*Possible that despite the genes I was given, to be in charge of how I look and how much I weigh?
*Possible for me not to only motivate and be an inspiration to myself and others that IT CAN BE DONE??
*Possible that I will be able to walk into a store and be able to fit clothes smaller than a 14-16
These thoughts among so many others, have been at the center of my thoughts for as long as I can remember from my early teens up into adulthood.
So... I've decided if I am really and truly serious about loosing weight and getting healthy that I will do whatever I can, when I can, and make every adjustment in my lifestyle until my body has absouletly no other choice but to follow suite.
SO HERE I AM, WILLING TO BE OPEN AND HONEST WITH MYSELF...
I want to hold myself accountable for my actions good and bad, chart all my meals on my tracker, follow my daily workout and strength training regimens, consume 8 glasses if not more water DAILY, and hope and pray for the best.
I will also periodically (at least once a week) be keeping this blog so that I can be held accountable to you my spark fam as well..
IF IT'S A GOAL WORTH OBTAINING, IT'S A GOAL WORTH WORKING TOWARDS!!
