Feeling sick

I've been feeling sick for a few days now and haven't had much energy to go out and exercise. Today I'm going to force myself to get out there.

    i know what you mean! i decided to take today off... :( my head just hurt to much to do anything... i played with my stability ball a little bit today... but my stummy really hurts today tooo... oy! i hope i feel better tomorrow i will just do 2 walks then :D

It's cherry season right now, and there are fabulous cherries in every supermarket. The other day I accidentally placed my cherries in the freezer. instead of tossing them, I ate them and voila, my new favorite snack!

Yesterday was mostly bad. I got the worst mani-pedi ever, I got a very expensive parking ticket, and I missed a very important package because I was getting that BAD mani-pedi. I was super frustrated, but then I came home and ran for an hour it helped so much. I felt so much better and I was so relaxed. Happy to report that exercise really helped turn my day around.

social gatherings

I have such a hard time when i'm at social gatherings. I have such a hard time sticking to meal plans and resisting temptations. Also have a hard time eating on time. Ugh, this is frustrating.

    They're the worst. I start out okay and then that egg roll just looks at me and wham I'm eating it. I even took the suggestion of eating a healthy snack before or in my case a very late lunch, but it still happened.

On a normal day I make my breakfast & lunch the night before, so that helps me to stay on track at work. The weekends are structure.
