I have been a member of Spark People for about 5 years now. But, I have never really been that active. I have kind of come and gone over the years. This time, I'm back and I'm staying active. I'm active in one of my groups and have even joined my first challenge. I'm excited about it. I've never done anything like this before, where I have to post my weight and check in weekly. I find that having that accountability has keep me on my toes and I'm making sure I'm tracking my food and getting my work out minutes in. Today started week 4 and I've already lost 11 pounds! I've regained my love of working out and am now up to 30+ minutes 5-6 days a week. I'm hoping I can keep the momentum up and be at my ultimate goal in less than 2 years. In the meantime, I am making smaller goals to stick to. I'm praying this is my last attempt as losing this weight because I want this time to be successful.
