While I haven't written down any specific goals for 2013, I have begun pondering over them.
These are some for a rough draft:
1. adding to the 16 pounds I am down from my surgery...increasing the number of pounds down not up.......lol---goal is 1 pound per week which would be 52 pounds gone by this time in 2013
2. walk 5 of 7 days ( and actually get outside and do it) outside when weather permits it....take DJ walking to strengthen his legs as he is having more and more difficulty getting up
3. stay within the 1200 to 1500 calorie range--maybe even lowering my calorie range
4. blog progress every 2 weeks
keeping goals simple and short so to better accomplish them.
