What a wonderful day we had returning photos that were lost in the May 22, 2011 tornado in Joplin. Today we served over 15 families and returned over 200 photos. This makes over 12,500 photos returned so far. We still have around 30,000 to return.

The reason I bought the cabinet is Kira, my 2 year old great granddaughter.
Today, I got the front and both sides of the yard mowed and one swatch around the back. Then I put out the bird feeders and put seed in them and picked up the hose. I still have to put the suet cakes out, plant the mums, do the weed whacking, and cover the faucet.
I got 2 loads of heavy laundry washed and hung out, one more ready to hang out in the morning, and one more to do.
Then put the outside Halloween decorations up----pumpkin lights, ghost light, and skeleton in the tree.
I got a paper typed and printed for TOPS. Still have books to look up for the church library.
Tomorrow I will hang out the one load of laundry in the morning. Tomorrow afternoon/evening I will be going to the casinos with one of my daughters. We get lots of free play on Tuesday.
Time to go and pay a bill before I get a late charge........lol

Between mowing and weed whacking almost 2 acres, mulching, laundry, volunteer work, I guess I thought I needed something to do so while at Lowe's yesterday, I bought 2 more large mum plants. I have one large tire that needs more in it and one that just needs something in it.
Also, I bought another large bird feeder. This one has a suet cage on each end. After I get the front mowed again (hopefully tomorrow), I will be putting out all the feeders and filling them. Tomorrow and Wednesday (weather permitting), I should be out picking up the dried/dead grass/weeds to finish mulching the roses.
Then it's off to trim the trees, pick up the hoses, and cover the outside faucet for the winter.
To add to the melee, I bought a big cabinet for my kitchen that I will be picking up Thursday. Sometime this month, Becka and Kira (granddaughter and great granddaughter) will be returning from Michigan. Kira will be 2 in December and all most of my kitchen stuff is on a shelf in the corner so I wanted to get this stuff behind a door instead of fussing at her to keep out. I can put my good dishes, appliances, dish towels, and casserole dishes in this cupboard and if necessary we can fix the doors so she can't open them. If this cabinet works out well, I may get one for my sewing room so I can get my things all in one place.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it...........hehehe
