Yesterday was the first time since I've been using the nutrition tracker I went over my calorie and fat guidelines.
I was down 1.6 pounds at TOPS weigh in yesterday. Now I just have to keep from self sabotaging myself like I generally do. When I have 6 weeks of recorded losses, I will get a charm and at a 10 pound loss I will get a bracelet. Also, I want to be down 15 pounds by the end of March to get my first TOPS award.
My 6 month check up this morning was good. I will get the results from the lab draws on Tuesday. Hopefully the monthly injections have kept my B 12 level up. I don't have to go back until July.
