I am pleased to report my progress for the past 12 days:

within calorie range 11 of 12 days

carbohydrates......within range all 12 days
protein.....within range 11 of 12 days
fat.....within range 10 of 12 days
sodium...within range 10 of 12 days
fiber.....within range 8 of 12 days

Yesterday was the first time since I've been using the nutrition tracker I went over my calorie and fat guidelines.

I was down 1.6 pounds at TOPS weigh in yesterday. Now I just have to keep from self sabotaging myself like I generally do. When I have 6 weeks of recorded losses, I will get a charm and at a 10 pound loss I will get a bracelet. Also, I want to be down 15 pounds by the end of March to get my first TOPS award.

My 6 month check up this morning was good. I will get the results from the lab draws on Tuesday. Hopefully the monthly injections have kept my B 12 level up. I don't have to go back until July.

Since I've reconnected with the nutrition tracker on Dec. 29, I've been right on target with all my guidelines.

My January goals are quite simple:

1. weight down 5 pounds.....must be down 15 pounds by end of March t get my TOPS award

2. re-connect with the nutritinal tracker....this will help me get portions under control
