Per the Spark calander I am setting specific goals for this month. I have printed out the January page and will be following each day's note.
1.. stretches 10 minutes each morning
2. strength exercises each Tue, Thur, Sat--beginning with one rep of each exercise increasing to two reps after two weeks
3. maintain calorie intake of between 1400 to 1800 per day
4. drink 10 to 15 glasses of water per day
