SO....last week at this time I was snoopy dancing b/c I'd FINALLY lost .5 lbs after being stuck at the same weight for weeks interminable! This week I can report a loss of an additional 2 lbs!! So I'm snoopy dancing all over the show atm! HEY it's good cardio!
The week over all had it's up and downs as I've already blogged about. That freaky day when my legs just didn't want to work to the great success of having biked 22 miles! It was definitely a bit of a roller coaster!
Food-wise, all was good. Due to faulty memory -- and forgetting a meal in the fridge when I left for work once or twice -- lead to some quick thinking and planning. But it all came out well.
The one are that still needs some work in the consistency department is the strength training. It used to be my favorite part of the thing, but somehow that's long been replaced by my beloved bike! So for the week coming up....it's weights and other ST that's going to be my focus.
The week ahead will be busy with lots of long nights at the office. I've cooked up a good batch of food for the week. Including my favorite quiche!! Monday's morning meeting got cancelled so no need to push the gym time back to the afternoon. The rest of the week is clear for that time! YAY.
