I ran my first 10k..my goal was to run the whole thing without stopping and thats what i did. My time wasnt great but i can work on that later.
I did a recovery run today and about 45 mins of stetching and im just starting to feel sore now. Im really starting to enjoy this whole running thing but im not sure my blody is going to be able to keep up with it.
Also i learned i dont need my mp3 player when i run as i dropped it in the toilet just before the race and the dumb thing wouldnt work until later that day when i went home hahaha
