Game Day. Wow! Great 60 minute workout. It's intense but not that intense because you are constantly moving onto a new exercise/sport to do. Nothing is repeated so it's really rather fun. Even the 10 mile run or whatever it's called at the beginning (basically a warm-up) was fun to do. I couldn't do all the pushups during the mountain climbing session, so I suppose that's my weakest area. At least I have something to focus on!! Also, I was a bit slow on everything, even though I never stopped. I think speed is another thing I'll have to work on.
Anyway, really fun workout to top off Asylum!
