Core Cardio & Balance - Recovery Day - So I'm nearing the end of Insanity, Rounds Two. This workout, again, was very easy to do. It's funny how the first time I did this one, it was during the first recovery week. My arms burned at the end and were shaking as I tried to hold them up. Today I barely noticed the arms. It was a little uncomfortable by the end, but nothing difficult by any means. The same goes for the knee lifts and pulsing and extensions. The first time through, I had to put my foot down a couple of times. My hip flexors were on fire. Now I go through it and I can hold it through no problem. I do feel it by the end, but it's not that feeling like I did something amazing. I'm happy that my fitness level has outgrown this recovery workout. I can't wait to start something more challenging!!
